Separating Chalk from Cheese: How to Evaluate a Scientific Paper
Synopsis
The role of the IAE Literature Review committee is to review the endodontic and related literature. In this first year, tools and techniques will be described for assessing published papers: how to read, evaluate and discern the best papers and what makes an excellent or ‘high-citation’ paper. In addition, selected papers that stand-out in 4 categories (Clinical, Technology, Pulp & periapical biology and Microbiology) will be reviewed by committee members.
