Refund policy: If you must cancel your meeting attendance 30 days prior to the meeting, $200.00 of your meeting fee will be retained to cover guaranteed meeting expenses. If you must cancel 10 days or less prior to the meeting, then 50% of the meeting fee will be retained to cover the guaranteed expenses.
